im-PACT is a participatory experimentation to reason together with citizens and realities of the territory on a neighborhood of Cavriago, San Nicolò that seems to have stopped in time and blocked in its dialogue with the needs of those who live there. It is an open and continuous dialogue among administration, stakeholders and citizens.
